Losses/Claims

CSE: 

The losses follow the insured if it is an owner occupied dwelling and applicants who have had a prior theft loss in the past 36 months are ineligible. If it is a tenant occupied dwelling fire or a tenant occupied condo and the loss occurred at a different residence we would consider. On  these programs we generally only consider losses that occurred at that location (unless we see a pattern of losses across other owned properties).
