MER: Does not rate until obtains driver license or turns 18 yrs old and then will be rated on the next renewal. Will be listed as an Excluded Driver with a Premit/Provisional Driver on company system. We will not be able to see that. Need to notify company of license date if before 18 yrs old. Provisional Driver means that the driver is required to follow the state/AZ rules for a permit driver or there is no coverage.
HAR: Does not rate. Will be covered under parents policy. When gets license will need to add as driver.
