CSE: 75 - if older need physician statement. Need form emailed to underwriter or responses@cseinsurance.com. Under 9 years driving experience will need underwriting approval per Mike@co 3/30/10.
HAR: 75 - If older do medical questionnaire. 12/21/09 Mike@NBS not required in Universal/Twin City Fire if questions #11 is answered "No".
AOI: 75 MER: 80 MET: 72 -- Won't take if older.
TRV: no age limit but may require a medical statement depending on medications.
PRO, VCT/TIC: no age limit.
MET: No older age limit if clean MVR & Clue and you are familiar with the insured and there are not any physical or mental concerns. You would document in remarks your notes. 1/9/12 Sandy/uw.
